After training at a top-tier private wealth law firm in West London and later moving to Somerset, my practice is now based in the Bath and Mid-Somerset area. I also have clients based throughout the UK and have a growing international client base, particularly amongst ex-pats living abroad. 

My specialisms include Will drafting, estate planning, probate (UK and international), trusts (including trusts of land), and matters relating to Lasting Powers of Attorney. I also act for clients in relation to inheritance, probate and trust disputes, and have experience of making successful Presumption of Death Act applications.
